This is the way you operate, dear Sagittarius, but someone you may be working with now does not get the concept! Since you may be in charge, it is your role to motivate that person. How can you do that when they don't seem to have the same natural work ethic as you? Talking to them won't do it, but showing them might. Just do your best and demonstrate the reward that comes from the effort. It's a great way to inspire someone.
