The terms for using HealthyFoodsMag.net, including how we use content, advertising and affiliate links.

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using healthyfoodsmag.net (the “Website”). They are an agreement between you and Healthy Foods Mag (“we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Who May Use the Website

The Website is intended for adults. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and that you can form a binding agreement. If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

Health and Medical Disclaimer

Everything on the Website, including articles, recipes, nutrition information, horoscopes and newsletters, is provided for general information and entertainment only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified doctor, registered dietitian or other health professional.

  • Always talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, starting a supplement, beginning an exercise program, or if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have food allergies or intolerances.

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images and design, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the Website and share links to our articles. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission. “Healthy Foods Mag” and our logo are our trademarks. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

Messages You Send Us

If you send us a message, feedback or an idea through the Website, you agree that we may use it to respond to you and to improve the Website without owing you compensation, and that you will not send anything unlawful, infringing or confidential that you do not have the right to share. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that it is free of viruses or other harmful components, or that information on it is accurate, reliable or current. Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us and giving us 30 days to respond. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Users in the European Union and Elsewhere

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another place with mandatory consumer protection laws, you keep the benefit of those laws, and nothing in these Terms affects them. You also confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and are not on any United States list of prohibited or restricted parties.

General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. If we provide a translation, the English version controls.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, if the change is material, make reasonable efforts to give at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect. By continuing to use the Website after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
