Optional toppings:

  • Salsa
  • Vegan Sour Cream
  • Hot Sauce

Instructions:

To make the guacamole, simply mash together avocado, lime juice, and salt and pepper. Combine cooked quinoa, black beans, chopped veggies, cilantro, and lime juice in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve quinoa mixture in bowls, and top with guacamole and optional toppings. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

½ cup All-Purpose Flour

½ teaspoon Garlic Powder

¼ teaspoon Onion Powder

½ cup Non-Dairy Milk

½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

One Head of Cauliflower, Cut into Wings

Instructions:

Grill the steak for about six minutes per side or until it’s cooked to your liking. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.

To make the peppers and onions, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, bell peppers, salt, and pepper. Cook for about five minutes, or until the veggies are soft.
