TAKE A WALK ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK
Instead of talking 30 minutes to an hour to eat, take a walk during that time instead and eat your lunch while you work after your walk. If you don’t want to walk, you can always head to a gym during your lunch break.
Working out during the middle of the day can help give you the extra energy boost you need to finish the day strong. It will also get your feet moving and your blood pumping.
